A bit tired of the "HC master race" attitude.

To your critics an some HC-Players: Many HC-Players have better skills in gaming. Almost worked out by themselves. I think, that´s a fact.

You see, if you like to play HC it´s really annoying to see a character die.
And you don´t want to see it again ;)
So, if you are a player who takes pride in his chars, you will learn how to play the specific game.
For me that doesn´t mean, you have to pore over spreadsheets and statistics. (For me it is a game and not a statistician´s work.^^)
This means with every character which dies, you learn a little bit more which build works and which not. And that should be the fun in HC. Not to take a look into some Char-Builds and rebuild characters which are actually compiled by other players to rush trough level and feel as an overplayer.
For me this means that i never take a look into any characterbuild postest anywhere in the web.
For myself i take pride in creating my own chars.


Further: It is not bad, when ´´newbies´´ are starting in HC. Everbody shall play the way he/she prefer to enjoy the game.

You still can play the char. Not in the HC-League but in the default League.
In my opinion that implicate: It´s not really HC.

And please don´t try to explain myself how i have to define the meaning of HC.
I just say the way of playing HC in PoE isn´t the way i want to play HC.
Your way of defining HC is another. Thats all about.

Oh please, you don't want to play in HC, don't, we don't care. The current system is like the Champion's League (soccer) in europe : if you're third of your group, you continue to play in the "noone cares" Cup. Are you saying that they should be happy to be there ? There is no possible promotion, they have to qualify again, etc.

One your char dies in HC, he's deleted in HC. If yu want to delete it in SC, do it. Do you know that we played in some old fashionned HC mode 25 years ago, we just deleted the toon when he died, we don't need someone to do it for us.

Im self found only, with HORRIBLE gear, doing maps in softcore with ZERO DEATHS, and i dont "exit to login screen".

Its really not that hard not to die...

Maybe when they add a timer to the exit to login screen button, HC players can say anything.

HC is definitely harder, learn to accept it and not give a damn.

And no, i don´t know that you deleted your chars 25 years ago. And i´m not really interested in it. So what is bothering you, when i just write down my opinion?
Do you have something to compensate? Or do you just like to strollin´n trollin in some threads?

Strange that there are no "A bit tired of the "SC MASTER RACE" Attitude threads. What is your main purpose? Every time I see such a thread , and they are so rare right? It feels like the TE tries to convince himself from something so he makes a thread with well basicly nothing in. He just wants to get "likes" so that he feels not that alone with his attitude. Somehow right with his choice of sticking with SC and so on.

Can't wait for the next thread with the same purpose from my point of view.

I guess my point was to read people discussing whether there is a bias towards HC centric balance or not. It was not meant as an attack against either community. As I said several times, I don't see any difference between both groups and they do intersect quite a bit.

Hardcore is the new scrubcore with the two new leagues. What's that make standard league? Practice?
