MF comes from Diablo 2, not Diablo 3.

Auction houses and trading post are bad. All they do is flood the market with items and cause massive deflation.

yes, but it became especially popular and by far most sought in Diablo 3 and what i meant was simply that most of the players who use the Term "MF" use if b/c of d3, not d2.

Uhhhh... no? I played D2 for close to a decade, I played D3 for close to a month. I'm pretty sure D2 is where MF came from.

The most people here like to play an ARPG, not a trade simulation. In the current state of the game I got the feeling sometimes that this game is already more trade sim than ARPG. Makes things frustrating. If I wanted to play trade sim I would choose another game. It is nice to have a chance to trade items I don´t need, but this should not be the core of the game.

Plus, with an AH you put water on the mills of RMT.

Devs should make the droprate a whole lot better and rather nerf the trade. Trade should be embedded in the Arpg, not the other way round.

I can't understand why you fools who came to play this from D3 and actually trying to make this game similar to D3. Trading is fine. If a person wants to buy something, he finds it. If he wants to sell something worthy - he sells it.
