I think a trading post would be nice where people post an item and what they want for it. No bidding and so on, just a trade but through a game feature rather then having to deal with imbeciles who can't decide on a price etc.

i dont think it would be a good move for the game however i seriously hate typing in trade and arguing with people over prices ratios ect gets old and annoying

Big time YES! Since this is not a pay to win game, auctions should be available to those paying in in game currency, with a buyout option.
I would love to buy a Q gem now and then or the right GCP price, or sell an unique for a good BO price.

It has no RMAH it still has a Gold AH and the Gold AH was enough to harm HC in a tremendous way. Can't you just get the analogy done by urself or have I really to write for you that the gold AH in D3 HC was not a gift?
