You keep saying this.

I was running pugs all afternoon yesterday and saw a few HC deaths over lv 60. It CAN be easier if you have a good group, but if you have the wrong mix or people, who stir up too much trouble it can go wrong very fast. There is plenty of risk in groups from what I see.

Monsters don't get damage increases when players join a party, only health increases. So the only added risk is the possibility that your party members will be griefers who troll you with Frost Wall and the like.

Do not, EVER lose your cut-throat, merciless, "only for the most hardcore of hardcore" -vision of the game, or my contribution for all of this was in vain.

This game is not meant to be "only for the most hardcore of hardcore". Sorry.

Yes it is. The devs have said multiple times that it's a game _from_ hardcore gamers _for_ hardcore gamers. We supporters supported because of the hardcore vision of their game and no new-wave casuals are going to turn that around. Your point is invalid.

Solo is hardcore and has no frustrating loot system.

GGG please do not listen to posters like mushioov. Finish your changes to the loot system and increase the challenge of multiplayer. I want the game to be hard, but the loot system does not accomplish that.

The loot system is near perfect and it's just the way it was planned. It's only frustrating and difficult to you who can't handle competition and alertness and then come to the forums to whine about it. Grow a pair, L2P or go back to D3, you can pick your answer. Fortunately GGG isn't going to "change the loot system" as they are intelligent enough not to appeal to the whining masses. What the masses think they want and what they really enjoy are usually the opposites.

"
Giving parties looting options seems like a win-win move.

No options. Everyone's supposed to be on the same line. You didn't get that FFA item from the ground and someone snatched it? TOUGH LUCK. Next time, be faster.

"
p.s. ninja looting is not hardcore. That is silly.

You should be lucky even to have the timers. "Ninja looting" doesn't even exist. It's everyone's items and who gets it first, gets it, get it?

If monster has more health - he lives longer, and therefore has more time to deal damage.
A skeleton that hits you 5 times - deals more damage than a skeleton that hits you once.

Hello captain obvious.

Your point, while valid in the wrong kind of theory, is flawed.

Solo play means all monster focus fire on you alone unless you use totems/summons. Add more players and this focus fire aspect goes away. Add player amount to six and monsters are completely toothless doing small hits here and there and generally acting like they have no plan whatsoever to win the fight. Monsters living slightly longer (well, not longer, try maths for 3.5x hp and 6x damage) does not change the equation where you have 6x hit points to tank the same incoming damage.

If you stand there and allow a skeleton to hit you 5 times, you deserve to die. The fact is, you have essentially 600% damage with a full party, and only 250% increased monster health. Monsters will die faster, unless you're with a bunch of leechers.

Sincerely yours, captain obvious.

1.They are changing the system (stated by multiple sources)
2.I never played D3
3.I’m providing feedback not whining
4.You are playing easy mode thinking it’s ‘hardcore’

Again GGG don’t listen to posters like mushioov who have convinced themselves that easy mode is hardcore and will call people whiners for pointing it out.

What damn easy mode are you talking about? I'm good at the game and picking up stuff because I'm fast. I take what is on the ground and expect others do the same. If you can't do that, it's your goddamn problem. By coming to the forums and saying GGG should change things because you suck at doing something, now THAT'S a problem.

Stop swearing at me or I will report you.

When compared to solo multiplayer is easy mode. I don’t suck at the game and can grab loot just fine. I have not convinced myself that my loot popup clicking skills make me ‘hardcore’.

I want them to make the actual game harder in multiplayer.

...Comments like these make me laugh.

How is Mushioov embarrassing himself?

Get over yourself. No one in their right mind gets embarrassed over posting their point of view over looting on a POE forum.
