The lack of rare indicators on the map was a HUGE NERF to Azmeri Spirits. Now I don't know if I'll be babysitting the spirit on a 5-sec or on a 30-min walk. I don't know if I can safely attack, or if the rare is around the corner and is going to be 1-shot before I see it... Now I just skip ALL the spirits I see couse without the rare marker it's too much trouble for little to no reward.

Something went really wrong with this game actually judging by this comment.

You are supposed to:
meet wisp, and go with it at his speed killing monsters nearby and eventually meet rare which it inhabits, than have good combat with increased difficulty against buffed enemy and get good loot from it.

but the incredible powercreep (in only 3rd major version!) makes these things broken so much...

Honestly I think all single-target encounters (rogue exiles, wisps, bosses) are a bit undertuned and also gives shit loot comparing to abyss/deli/breach
