Allow us to replace (overwrite) runes.

Would be fine with being able to clear runes for gold or something. We need a rune sink more than anything because these things are way too common.
Gold to destroy all runes in an item but can't be done on a corrupted item. |

Even D2 20 years ago had the option to clear the sockets in gear.
I thought that runes were supposed to replace bench crafts. Well, you could always change the craft or remove it entirely so current implementation fails even in that. |
