Remove the support gem limit
its bc GGG wants to be Blizz.
blizz doesnt like build diversity bc its hard to manage. so the strategy is to limit build to only dev approved meta builds, then theres nothing to manage. problem solved. |

I love this system so much, I actually get to play with some support gems i've never once would have used if i wasn't limited..
It's actually engaging to think about where you should place what gem in order to make the best balance. Choices matter... I can't believe how many of you agree with this.. Removing this limit sounds boring as hell. GGG please don't remove this, if anything up the limit to 2, but nothing more!!! I've never found the gem support system this fun before. |

" Dude, everyone likes to increase their damage, so if a support increase the dmg you take that support over anything else. Now you actually have to manage and think about your choices, what skill get's what. What you're talking about doesn't make any sense in poe1.. |

In the games current state they've followed in those foot steps, trying to please everyone they've left behind what made their game original. we already have slow paced arpgs in the market. this doesnt need to be one of them. the current combat system and boss mechanics are good and an upgrade from poe1, but the current gem system is a step in the wrong directions. Personally i wished they kept support gems as they were, with levels and everything. They just took away one extra thing to grind, which is counterintuitive to the studios name. |

Limits should stay, arbitrary campaign tier gating should go.
Let us play with all support gems right away. There are no level reqs on high tier supports, so why don't we get tier 3 support gems until lvl 55 in campaign? |

" In my case I want to use spell echo but I cannot since I already have it on a skill. Instead I'm forced to choose between Elemental Focus or Controlled Destruction. None of those appeal to me in my endeavor. I can't see how it would brick the entire system to be able to use it on two skills. The consequence is that I skip using the other skill completely as I cannot customize it to behave the way I want it to behave (higher attack speed instead of a more damage multiplier). |

Parece claro que não querem um jogo rápido. Querem você andarilhando e demorando para fazer os mapas.
Eu tenho a impressão que algum erro de design foi cometido e agora não sabem como corrigir. Um exemplo? Jogar com AWSD. Imagina o seu boneco andando bem rápido de costas? Ia ser esquisito né? Pois é, acho que não pensaram muito bem nisso. E agora? Agora é esperar muitos meses até resolverem tudo e sei que vão resolver. |

The people saying "oh no the game will get boring because everyone will use the same supports on every 6-link" don't realize that the average PoE veteran already will choose the most efficient,meta build out there and copy-paste perfectly. Because that's how most of us have fun in this game. This support gem limit is arbitrary and pointless, so just delete it.
I don't really care if they leave it in or not, people will find a way to make OP builds and the meta will form around those builds. It's just that we'll only be able to use 1 good 6-link. Which is a real shame, because this whole new socket system and the whole point of deleting fusings was so that we could have more 6-links and power on our character. Yet with this limitation the devs decided to put into the game last-minute the very purpose of the new gem system falls apart. So why do we even have it then? Why not have item sockets just like in PoE 1? We only get to use 1 6-link anyway. Literally no difference. The game already turned into PoE 1 but with pretty graphics a few days into launch when all the build makers started creating good builds. It was just inevitable. |
