Hmm .. Pot meet Kettle and vice versa??
While I owe you an apology [for realz and I do mean it] maybe it's best that EVERYONE [myself included] be freakin' civil.
Perhaps it's best for some things to just be dropped. For example I don't care if someone is a D1, D2, D3, PoE1, etc. vet or a newcomer. IF they are looking for a game that should be able to offer meaningful feedback and not be dismissed for that.
Along similar lines if someone is trying to present evidence of a problem and wants the game to improve for them AND a [loud if not large??] class of people then having people make fun of the argument or reply with "skillz issue" or "git gud" is counterproductive at very best and sows the seeds for uncivil interactions in the future.
Fair point, well said. I apologize to you and the other posters and readers also. Should have known better than to allow a fabulous new PoE2 player's toxicity get under my skin.
I forgive you bro. ❤️

Why don't you go play games you enjoy instead of demanding change of games you don't and will likely dump in a week anyway?
Entitlement. "I want yours, too"
I am convinced that a majority of the difficulty complaints are either people trolling, or people who haven't bothered to look into crafting / disenchanting / random gear from Finn / increasing resistances / literally engaging with any game mechanic whatsoever.
They can safely be disregarded.
I've also seen that a common complaint is taking too long to clear trash mobs.
That's not a "game too difficult" issue, that's an "I built poorly" issue.
I clear trash mob packs in 3-4 seconds. Your build is bad.
Started here with the ego trip. Guy hasn’t figured out that either he is running an overtuned build with a nerf incoming or got lucky on exalt slams. Still hasn’t made it to maps but is the poe god :-) lol
He flat out admitted that he got multiple orb slams that netted him at two pieces of gear with skill up stats pertinent to his build which is pretty damn lucky. He seems to think that is common or not up to luck and that people will easily be that lucky.

3) You have continuously been hurling ad hominems, names and insults at me for hours, because I stated that the game isn't difficult (after all, you yourself stated that I, someone with no experience, have progressed through it), and cried when I responded in a similar fashion demanding a "basic courtesy, etiquette" you were unwilling to show from your first comment onwards.
Hmm .. Pot meet Kettle and vice versa??

The seed for uncivil interaction is sown when self-proclaimed "supporters" continuously namecall someone who says they're enjoying the game and like it, and that their opinion matters "because they paid more".
Although I'm still trying to figure out what kind of support that is where you attack people for liking the thing the studio you're "supporting" puts out, but perhaps I'm not galaxybrain enough to understand that logic.
Usually crazed fans hate someone for NOT liking the thing their favourite studio puts out.
I also struggle to understand the logic of using "you're a new player" as an insult towards someone for stating the game is NOT as difficult as "the veteran" claims, but again, I'm not galaxybrain enough to comprehend it.
If I were a veteran of something, I'd find it concerning that the "tourist" has an easier time than myself.
In the "PoE veteran"s mind, liking the game makes you a tourist, and trashing people for liking the game makes you a supporter of the game.
Genius.

In all seriousness I have a gift for you in the palm of my hand, it’s the worlds smallest violinist playing just for you.

You'll need that yourself, considering paying all that money not directly transfering you to the endgame made you seethe enough to argue with "tourists" finding the game easier than you.
Don't worry, they might bring out a skip option for 30 bucks. ♥

Jesus. What an asshole take. What about skill disparity? Some skills are just terrible, and don't have the support to be good. What about luck? Sometimes you just don't get items, or you miss the ones that you did get. Gold is not infinite, people don't want to farm the same zone for items and gold (unless they are hardcore and trying not to die ever). What about other people in general, my guy?
I started on Pathfinder and it was ASS. Literally impossible to kill rares in under a minute, at any point. Rerolled witch, now I'm blasting everything in a couple of hits. Obviously there is something wrong with the difficulty and tankiness for some skills. You definitely haven't thoroughly play tested them all in the few days we've had.
I think this thread can be safely disregarded as a salty pile of garbage from a lonely bastard, lol.

Oh boy… once again I remind you I have not commented on the state of the game at all :-) keep trying though!
