Why do you care if they make it easier? Serious, question.
Is your self worth only driven from completing "hard games".
So what if they make the game a bit easier for new people.
Don't like it?
Here is an idea, play with less gear,so you can brag how you did the entire campaign with just a weapon slot item, and your self esteem will be intact.
Would you mind if they made the game harder if they gave you an easy mode? It's kind of entitled for you to think the game should be the way you want it by default and the people who want a challenge have to be the ones to gimp themselves in order to have any chance of enjoying the game.
I don't have fun playing a game that's not challenging, it's a waste of time. If you want to play baby mode that's fine, just don't force me to play it too. I don't want to have to design the game myself as I play it.

I'm a "complainer" but my honest advice is don't worry -- at least about me.
The things that make this game "not for me" (over?) reliance on Dodge-or-Die mechanics are so baked into the game that it would be virtually impossible to address.
It's funny. I'm OK at SSF Ruthless but adding this one timed mechanic and making it fundamental to progression just isn't for me.
Note: I technically CAN progress the game as I haven't died to X 40 times or anything like that however the prevalence of these specific mechanics [including the time it takes] don't feel rewarding enough to bother with. I'm good-enough with the mapping experience but bossing is a turnoff because of that one thing.

thing is by default majority of potential playerbase will NOT share that viewpoint ...
and this is "live service" game that requires large playerbase to function
tailoring the product to whims of few will KILL the game as it will become unsustainable
the only way the game survives is to cater to needs of as many players as possible - meaning its WAY more viable to have casual friendly baseline with hardmode attached to it then other way around
crying for them to keep the game unreasonably hard (which mostly comes from insane lack of crafting resources right now by the way not from game mechanics ...) is literally wishing for it to wither and die in a pit of "niche" projects that swallowed so many before

Unfortunately GGG already said no ruthless on poe2 which completely fucks ruthless players like me and my guild. They alienated us with PoE1, brought us back from D2R with Ruthless and awesome changes, we dont want to be baited and switched and alienated again.

Your needs are catered to. You are given enough resources and enough loot to make passable gear. You are given a passive skill tree you can either figure out yourself (literally just search for [keyword] of your build and connect the dots, I promise it's not that difficult), or look up already existing guides (like mine, for example).

I'm not against them making the game easier, there just needs to be a cost. The way to do it is to have optional content for players who are stuck that can help them progress without forcing me to do that content. I don't want the baseline to be easier, if anything I would prefer the baseline to be harder. Just allow each type of player to have access to the tools they need and make sure the player knows they have access to those tools.
For example, side quests. There are not nearly enough IMO and most of them don't really feel like side quests because you're basically forced to complete them in order to get permanent stats on your character. Instead of all side quests giving permanent stats, why not make some of them give temporary stats/buffs? For example, have shrines you can unlock that only affect you in the act that you're currently playing in. Players that enjoy the difficulty can skip this content and any player that needs it can feel free to go and get it.
They also have to tone down the length of the acts for this to work. Reducing the map size, especially of the really large areas is a good first step. But I just really disagree that the only solution is to make everything easier and then force me to decide how hard the game should be. I don't want to play difficulty tuning simulator. If you want the game to be easier, go explore, make your character more powerful, and come back. The problem is we don't have enough options to do that yet (aside from just farming the same packs over and over). I'm hoping they intend to expand on the environments because there's a lot of good opportunities for them to tuck some things away for struggling players to discover.

I have done plenty challenge runs.
The game is easy enough.
If you need help to understand something, you can ask here or in the Discord, and the majority of the community will happily assist you and explain things.
If you feel like you're stuck at a boss, either use your brain and try to learn the attack patterns, like most of us do, or go grind some levels to have an easier time.
You have plenty of options.
The personal insults don't deserve my response.

I don't want it kept like this. I want the bugs fixed, and the issues sorted out.
Your perceived difficulty is not one of those issues.

I wonder if you could pay all the salaries for GGG staff with your arrogance.
