I can understand the frustration about not getting to download the client/game early, as I was hoping to do that early as well. However, to call it giving people and advantage because they have faster internet is a pushing it.
Even if the servers are perfect and no issues, and it equates to 12hrs of a head start. I do not know how many times it has to be repeated. This game is in "EARLY ACCESS" and is only HALF complete. There is no leaderboard, no trophy, no cosmetic, no title, no nothing for being the first person to do anything in what is essentially a game in beta testing. When the full game launches in 6 months to a year we can come back to this and talk about advantages. |

" no there wont, they just said it on the ziz stream that there wont be one. 12hours is already helping id say 80% of the people with slow internet yet we dont get any. Steam has an encrypted system that helps dealing with this yet ggg doesnt want to use it but uses the xbox system... Before the game start there is already drama, first fextralive, now no preload. I love poe but it sad they activly working in both sides when it comes to players likeness |

" The FAQ says a preload will be available a few days before the EA launch. I used that information to inform my decision about if I should pay for access or not. While I don't care about any global ranks/title/trophy/whatever, I do care about the 'race' with my guild/friends. Due to my internet circumstances, it will take me over a day to download. Had I have known a preload wasn't going to be available, I wouldn't have bothered and just either waited for a free key in a month or so, or wait for release. That first 3-7 days is the most fun I normally have with a game and I don't get to engage in that now. |

so people dont have the right to complain? they literally told us in the FAQ that we can preload. that FAQ was there for over a week and now they changed their minds.
