Standard enjoyers?

As for strategies to get those last few Divine Orbs to fully optimize my gear, it's all about being tactical. I usually farm high-level maps or participate in endgame content where these orbs are more likely to drop. And let's not forget trading - it's an integral part of Path of Exile. Efficient trading can really speed up your gear optimization process. Another strategy I often use is to target farm divination cards that reward Divine Orbs when turned in. Take the 'Emperor's Luck' card set for example - it can potentially reward you with five Divine Orbs. If you're tired of it, you can try playing here, it's a great way to relax. Min-maxing is all about making small, incremental improvements over time, constantly tweaking and adjusting your build as you acquire new and better gear and gain a deeper understanding of the game's mechanics.

The thing I hate the most is if there is a specific piece of gear you need for your character on standard, it takes you FOREVER to get it, since players on standard rarely answer trade requests. And if you want to trade your tons of chaos orbs for divines, you can forget about it. Nobody on Standard wants your chaos orbs. So yea that's what I hate the most and what keeps me from playing standard.

while this is partyally true, you can get almost everything on standard in a blink of an eye.
at a much higher cost. there is a guy having what you need at a very high rate. on certain (legacy) items traders corner the market and protect their investment by soacking up the other cheaper listings over time.
if you intend to craft a lot, better stock up on everything after merge or later sht will cost much more. but ye, a bummer and i hate it.

currency exchange works just fine for me.
