100% spell suppression is hard to get and it's pretty useless
" This is a super good list that Zrevnur has provided. Note that the list is in approximate order of importance and there are many "or" choices. Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired! Suppression is mandatory for bossing, especially uber bossing. Bosses mainly oneshot our characters with spells that have very large damage values, usually tri-elemental with a physical and/or chaos component too.
Unless you're a god-esporter that wins challenge bosskill races on SSF HC league you're going to get hit sooner or later. There's a lot of clutter going on on these bossfights and not getting deleted instantly by a boss attack is a huge deal. I would like them to revert 3.18 nerfs to item-provided spell suppression. They basically cut that in half, making it really difficult to get for characters that start on the left side of passive skill tree. Sure they have much more armor and max life nodes in there, but that doesn't do anything for spell damage. And it's not SO MUCH MORE life nodes to double your HP - because that's what suppression does against spells. |

" Only builds that nuke screens in an instant have 200k after week 1. If you base your success off of only one build type when you yourself aren't playing it, you're going to have a miserable time with the game. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |
