I will buy it and I can with certainty say it will be a smoother gameplay, less janky, more polished, and less rage quitty.

Anyhow, PoE's 200k players or D4's 20 million players will ALWAYS find more reasons for a day one patch than the in-house game testers ever will. That will ALWAYS be the case. QA will never find everything.

Your comparison feels a bit off. One is mandatory and one is optional. A better comparison would be a reasonable amount of stash tabs versus the game cost of D4. Although stash tabs are technically optional as well, they really are not if you want to play the game in a reasonable fashion.

Stash Tabs vs. D4 game cost is fairly close. I personally think a reasonable amount of stash tabs would run about $50 if done during the stash tab sale, which is as predictable as the sunrise. 50 vs 70 is pretty close, especially since that 50 could easily be closer to 70 depending on your stash preferences.
