What's your #1 issue with the current state of the game?
The archnem implementation is beyond FUBAR with bomb, tox and herald minions way overpowered and stacking with too many other OP archnem mods. Its obvious this league is broken. Lets see how many players quit... $$$ tends to influence devs.

The fact that GGG hate melee and will not just remove it from the game instead of pretending they have any plans to fix it.

To me the worst thing about the game (by far) is:
Normal play feels unrewarding because there are waaaaay to many mechanics in the to scale up the loot (quantity and quality wise, so called "juice") that work multiplicatively. A well organized group or even a single player who excessively uses trade/TFT can get a thousand times better loot per lifetime spent than a single casual gamer could ever get. This loot scaling got out of control several leagues ago. By far. That is GGGs strategy to keep casuals in their place while allowing no-lifers to farm absurd amounts of currency quickly to get their mageblood or whatever early in the league. The latest example is the implementation of loot goblin which is just the cream on the cake. If this will not change (and I doubt it will), POE is not for me anymore. LE does a way better job regarding this. Though harder content should have more potential to drop better loot o course, the discrepancy is waaaay to high in POE. |

POE client needs to accept more than 50 characters from regex. There are too many things to avoid now.

Player defenses are inadequate. It's extremely difficult to get tanky, there is always some situation that can kill you in a fraction of a second, and I don't mean boss slams. Armour is becoming far too necessary for a build to feel good. Basic, non-boss monsters do too much damage, specifically monsters from league content like Scourge. Avoidances and immunities to EVERYTHING being necessary for every build is becoming more and more of a reality, mainly because of Archnemesis modifiers.
