That only applies to league mechanic monsters. other mobs did not get a nerf in the first place so they are at 133%. There is also the multiplicative bonus now added to archnemesis mods being buffed. You can't really estimate the difference with only the information given to us. It would have to be tested.

What about minions survivability? When is it going to be addressed? I DON'T LIKE IT!
I just want you to understand where the changes are needed. Mid level, going into maps and gearing. One harvest room of tier 5 is now enough for two reforges, if you're lucky. Of two different types. A cost of 75 for a spin at the wheel might seem stupid from the perspective of the wild numbers available in tier 16 maps but what is needed is to get to t16.
Nobody commenting here and whining understands how this works. It's not just a 25% increase in currency.

BASE DROP RATE. So when you're running your 100% or whatever increased quantity maps, you'll see much more than 25% increase in actual drops.
