Another big streamer upset with D4's greedy Monetization plans = EASY POE 2 WIN

As much as I agree with the point of the thread, Quin gets upset and rages about everything, that's his entire shtick. [Removed by support], he plays a character, a jester for twitch chat, and how that character acts isn't really indicative of anything, it's more about what will make his chat react in the way he wants them to.

He's undoubtedly going to play a lot of D4, and whatever money he does spend on it will be for the sake of making more money from subs and donations. So him fanning the anti-greed flames is fairly self-serving and doesn't mean much here.

Streamers have a fake persona, it's 95% a masquerade.
Diablo 4 will not be pay to win, you will buy the game and get all the tabs you want (i guess so) and then you may eventually pay for extension if you like it. like every 6 months or year.
Not sure that a monthly pass would be a great idea.

I hope so too. I think POE's current monetization is very fair.

As if POE wouldn't have MTX for mounts too, POE literally has MTX for tons of stuff as well. Heck D4 probably got the idea of skills having mtx effects from POE.

AT LEAST d4 won't have MTX Hideouts. Which Hideouts are a worst form of MTX than everything d4 has presented so far. Imagine if WoW Garrisons had MTX. That'd be so stupid. MTX for housing maps, is for a rp game, like final fantasy, POE doesn't even have a damn endgame town, so its def no a social rp mega online mmo. With rp. For RP housing mtx. Really no reason to have housing mtx for poe, doesn't fit the theme, or the lack of social features.

YOU SHOULD HAVE ACT 1 BARD TAVERN WITCHER SYTLE. Rp taverns for the towns, with lore knowledge ui reward pages for rewarding lore expert events, then final fantasy & guild wars 2 player 8 note instruments, before you have housing zones, are you kidding me? What genre of player are you aiming at?

Tell me how MTX effects d4 gameplay. It won't limit story immersion expansion like it has for POE. MTX effects POE gameplay BY THEM NO LONGER INSPIRED TO ADVANCE ACT 11 TO ACT 20. DUE TO MTX HIDEOUT SALES! & basing their endgame off some profit limited dead end of a map mod no story immersion or exploration to open zone building linked maps.

Doubt D4's MTX is gonna make their entire endgame strategy plans based off turning all of endgame into 1 giant cow level portal format. Naw d4 is gonna have more exploration. & not just a group huddle of 6 around a hideout that destroys story immersion, quests, or towns.

Dude they were never going to make acts 11 -20

Dont know why Quin is complaining... Did he not just drop like 20K$ on Diable Immortal ? So he is big part of WHY D$ will absolutely use Immortal monetization. Whales like him makes this possible for them to keep doing this.

Quinn spent about 30k USD on diablo immortal and you still listen to this clown giving you advices ?

The guy is literally the definition of hypocrisy.

Also the people begging for POE2 like it will be some kind of Godsent innovation are worse clowns than Quinn, because the same people will brag and quit in 1 month.

As expected they mainly offer cosmetics with their ingame currency Platinum like armours and back attachments.

Also mounts will be available for all players but these mentioned in the klaun streemer clip are special cosmetics versions that no one really needs.


The only part that is a bit eye brow raising is the early access part since this seems for me the worst deal for $ if you're not a competitive streamer and dont care for racing to top.
