I love the idea of no nerfs to skills for a league, but I do wish you guys buffed some weaker skills and/or added some new ones. Thanks for the amazing work you guys put in though

Everything looks fun and/or interesting.
I am wondering how would it work if I block a mechanic from appearing via one of those new atlas keystones (e.g. Delirium with "Ominous Silence") and then run "Fortune Favors the Brave". Would it remove that mechanic from the FFtB pool, or would I get nothing if it rolls that mechanic from the pool, or would it override the keystone and put the mechanic on my map anyway if it rolls it from the pool? Fairgraves was a slave trafficker specialized in the kidnapping and transport of children. He was not "a good man".
