Im not trying to hype up anything. Just stating facts on what they did great and why i like them. You on the other hand seem to be on some vendeta against them. One thing you should be aware of is that games dont have to be huge success to be good. Nevertheless Dark Souls and Morrowind are successfull and your pointless rant wont change that. Gothic was huge success in eastern and central europe like most PB games. Even recently new mod was released for gothic 2, its bigger and more complex then half of newer titles, with professional dubbing and shit. Thats how dedicated the fanbase is.


Going by your own meassurement PoE is also the bottom tier game. WoW, FF14, GW2, ESO have 20 times more players, its clunky and bugged as hell.

I liked your list mate I don't really think it needed defending, some very important games to get to some of the class we have now.

As Phrazz said its our own lists lol

PC gaming was pretty miniscule for years but there were some really key titles that shaped most of what we get today and its nice to respect those titles while still expecting/hope for more in the future
