What the analogy is saying that people have their own vision, but there is always an issue if it goes way too extreme.

His analogy was saying he doesn't mind what religion his son follows (if any), i.e. his vision, but if he starts joining stuff like KKK or a suicide cult (i.e. way too extreme) than that is going to raise eyebrows

Its the same thing with the game, GGG have their own vision of what they want PoE to do (which is fine), but they are going way too extreme in a lot of areas

I'm willing to bet that even some of the trolls know feedback is important and welcome it. I see what you're trying to do; but the fact of the matter is that much of the feedback in the 3-4 largish threads on this sub-forum are not anywhere near the "omg wtf your game sux and will dye lol" sort, I think you're trying to play devil's advocate a little too vigorously. I honestly don't see why you're defending Alhoon as you are, as his reasoning is really quite flawed for a number of reasons, and he has been humored quite civilly.

It's a FACT that I think this game is slowly breaking, and that I'd like to offer up what little help I can in righting the ship.
