1. the trade system. If you can manage a website to host stuff, build a darn ingame interface or an auction house

2. item spam. Lootsplosions are fun. Screen clutter with stuff that isn't interesting is not. We need a better balance

3. gems.
3.a: skill descriptions could be simplified, lots of similar sounding stuff that do wildly different things. Clarify that.
3.b: bring more balance to gemskills by bringing the lower end / less appreciated gems' power level up to the range the most popular gems have to encourage build diversity.
Filthy casual PoE player. Still don't understand half the mechanics even after 3 years of playing in the different leagues ;)
1. Too much reliance upon trade
2. No real crafting
3. Content for the sake of content
1. Not understanding why something instantly killed me. What damage they did, what it hit for, etc...

2. Too much to build up for how short and temporary leagues are. Not an issue for those who play PoE a lot anyway, of course.

3. Trade. This ties into point 2, because when I hit maps I buy a few outdated pieces, and there are times when 100% of the people I whisper are AFK and I just log out.

Honorable mention: too much content clutter. I can't do certain heists because I didn't keep at them early on or something, which means I need to do them WHILE going through the campaign.

Oh, this one may take the #1 spot, but I know it's not an issue that can be fixed on a design end: random cursor inaccuracy and camera zoomed close in. There are times the game will 'catch' for a moment and will make me click the thing my cursor has been off of for 1-2 seconds. That + a zoomed in camera has lead to some very frustrating accidental zone-porting.

I Will not say "any one". Better to say anything plays this game, Will notice How toons are so vunrable, even on high levels, they cannot balance the rates in Monsters damage and chars toughness, you keep making changed tô improve It, but always fail. I hate Power creep.

1 hit killing is total incompetence, and It is not the players fail.

1 - Excessive RNG that diminishes player agency
2 - Game balanced around unrestricted trade
3 - Punishing mechanisms that make you feel like you are wasting your time

1) Overly Convoluted (stat wise and passive tree)
2) shit story that needs to be repeated in order to get to the fun part of the game
3) not very rewarding
