So what youre saying is, you have no arguement at all and want to conflate your arguement to "lol all the accounts are bots".

Lets say theres only 500,000 unique accounts since you want to assume most accounts are bots, well cut it in half. 1% of that would be 5000 unique individual posters. Seeing as 5000 is definitely an over value it would be safe to say that im right and youre wrong. Based on what ive seen here and on reddit though, its less than 1000 unique posters posting the same garbage. Which using that 500k number would make it roughly .25% or lower.

So yeah. I was definitely being over generous by even giving you a 1%.

Again ignoring the fact that "a lot of players" accounts for less than a percent of the games unique playerbase. Sounds like unwarranted self important to me to believe that because The Forums and Subreddit are flooded with the same users making the same complaints, somehow makes your argument anymore valid.

You still account for an incredibly small percentage of players, it doesnt change that fact at all. So stop pretending that somehow people complaining over multiple platforms means "the majority of people dont like it".

I actually do attribute it to something which has nothing to do with the nerfs at all.

While the initial drop most likely was caused by the changes, I do believe that not addressing well known issues like screen clutter/performance issues etc. at the same time caused even more discontent, as it really did show that the quality of the game by no means is a priority at all.

The fallout of the patch might have had an even more devastating impact, Even when they alienated about "my guess is half their community", they apparently feel no need to communicate at all. "Everything is fine right?" That first of all just agitates the part of the community which wishes for nothing other than a change from 3.15 to something backwards when it was fun.

Also a lot of the decline in players can be attributed to players leaving en masse in the first place. The economy on trade is a disaster, botpopulation% must be at an all time high, friends of friends did quit probably making a few communities migrate somewhere else.

Ofc it all boils down to the "patch" and the inability of GGG to communicate with their community, it really feels like a player base is vanity now that they have the financial backing of tencent.

Alright, I was going to stop replying but at this point I'm going to instead try for a different tact.

Why do you think those that dislike heavy-handed nerfs are a minority? If you point to Steam charts and claim them inadequate and view literally every single forum for the game being steeped in negativity as the workings of an over-active minority of haters, what evidence would you deem acceptable?

Anecdotally, the nerfs drove me away and I've been playing since Tempest/Warbands. I would wager there are many more like me.
