GGG's Regrets of 3.15 Patch - Player Backlash
Well the real problem i have is not that they nefed the damage across the board, or changed the flasks, but with their changes to trigger spells and mana reservation they basically murderd Spellslinger, CoC and any sort of Autobomber except for HoT. And before some of you tryhards comment with hurrdurr git gut, the atlas is completed and sirus is down I just do not really see an incentive to start another build since 90% of the builds i want to play are eather dead or the comfort of automatiosation has been removed.
And btw i hate to break it to you, I can only speak for myself but PoE is not a game where i want to be stressed out 24/7 i just want to chill farm some maps and every now and then have a tough boss fight as a challenge. I do not see how pressing buttons all the time through mapping is going to enhance my player experience. |

" As I said i can only speak for myself, it is just really jaring to me why they would basically remove so many build possibilities in one patch, in my opinion the greatest appeal of PoE was that it was like a giant Toolbox you can play with and create something fun but for the last year they really want to push the player into playing the game like they would like it to be played wich in my opinion ist just flat out stupid. But i can see how the damage nerfs also might have killed some Builds that just barley were good enough to clear the game. |

" 1) This game relatively to others arpg games require highest engagement and time investment. 2) Amount of currency corelated to your time and engagement invest. I playing only SSF standard, so i use orbs for rerolling only. You can check some of my gear, i spend over 10k orbs for each of my crafted jeveled foil for cyclone build and its not even close to best roll. Never ever rolled tier 1 %dmg mod on any my blue weapon (yes i did use correct ilv.) 3) I play only permanent league, nerfing affect me here too, forcing me to scrap builds and restarting and rendering my previous time investment waste. Edit: And to be clear i don't have problem that game require lot of time investment, and chances for good crafting are low. I like this, its challenging its ok, i prefer turtle race over rat race. That is why im taking my time in permanent league. But i have problem with those huge nerfs making whole builds unplayable. Its like punishing players for they time investment and sacrifice. " Standard is filled to the brim with overpowered gear. The nerfs did nothing to people with access to legacy items. |

I like challenge and super low rates. You are the one complaining and suggesting game is too easy, here is solution for you: self-imposed challenge, no need to ruin fun for others. 3) And how many people are not affected and have access to legacy item? I've played Last Epoch. Its campaign is a bit shorter than PoE's but they keep adding stuff and eventually it'll be the same length if not longer. The only reason there is an impression that you need to put more effort in PoE is because of the added content, not its difficulty.

" You missing the point, its not content or difficulty level issue. Its huge nerfs making whole builds significantly less playable. That is creates situation where we are punished for investing time and dedication. No wonder player losing they motivation to play this game anymore. Good luck!
