My max block glad (Dharmakazi) went from 1.3 million dps to 1.8 in POB after the patch. Once I compensated for the mana changes I'm at 1.6 million.

OK, but Tornado Shot wasn't exactly all that much to write home about even before this patch?

I tried it now as a league start and I cant break out of T1/T2 maps. I know I'm only using a 5L still and have to upgrade the Death's Harp to Opus, but damn; that should be more than nuff to do T1 maps?

I seriously think some skills just cant hold a candle to the standard meta, esp in Expedition.
