can't pass first loading screen after 3.14.3

Everything was fine till 2 days ago and I've tried everything posted here or anywhere. nothing ...

I have a built-in Intel graphics card but it was running smooth no problem! Also my PC is fairly new and still in warranty .. i won't break the seal to install a new graphics card anytime soon.

After the first screw up with the 3.14.3 patch, and not being able to get past the loading gears. I can understand sh*t happens.
But now after a small update file(or whatever you wanna call it.) We get the exact same thing..

I think GGG should be giving us valuable users some sort of compensation for messing with our precious gaming time! Say like some points for their shop.

+1 if you agree!!
I'm not one to nag about issues but it has been atleast 12h now GGG. Can we expect a solution, something, anything...

Like a time table for when we can expect it to be fixed, just so we don't have to check the game every 20 mins, that sort of thing.

Going on 24 hours now and GGG hasn't even responded to this thread or any of the 10+ other threads related to this issue here or on Steam.

We're all better off just moving to a new game. Literally 10,000+ people can't play this game anymore. Even people with amazing machines can barely play the game right now due to performance issues because GGG clearly didn't test their new performance changes before they released them in a patch.

I know I sound rude but I'm not trying to... Just being realistic and making sure everyone realizes there are over 10+ different threads specifically related to this exact same issue and GGG hasn't issued a single response. They obviously knew the mini patch that they re-released yesterday was going to break the game for people again.
Are they taking a vacation or something?

For those folks who want to use the newest Intel drivers from Intel, but those drivers won't install, because you get a message saying you need to get your PC manufacturers' latest drivers:

I was able to get the Intel drivers installed by first completely uninstalling the drivers via Device Manager [Under Display Adapter, right-click on "Intel WhicheverItIs" and select Uninstall - make sure to check the box to delete drivers, also]

After that, and a restart, I could then install the correct drivers from Intel.

Then the game still gave me the perpetual gears, until I edited the config file to use Vulkan as the renderer. Now, it launches, and I can log in.

Hope this was helpful. The Intel window telling you it failed had a "get help" button, or something like that, and it was from there that I found the link explaining how to do the clean install.

Thanks to neohongkong who pointed me in the right direction!

I can't find that config file. Could you tell me where it is?
I hope that the technical department will fix this BUG and stay in the gear all the time. Because this has bothered many players, I hope to take it seriously, thank you

Hi, open config file production_Config.ini (C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile)
and setup renderer_type=Vulkan save and launch the game. It's helped me and now its work
