" Hey there, The first time you start the game after an engine patch like this, the client has to delete the old Shader Cache files(some of them). This can take awhile, roughly around a couple minutes up to ten. If it doesn't load after say 10 minutes, delete your shader cache manually and it should load fine. Sorry for the trouble. | |

15 minutes loading, deleted the shader cache, still not loading.

For everyone having this problem, could you please try clearing your client's config files.
It is possible some non-default setting is causing your problem. Removing the client config files will restore default settings. The config files are located in the below locations: PC (all types): %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile If the problems continues to persist after doing the above, could you please PM me your DxDiag?
