" You don't have to. Drop the alchemy orb on the map and start it. " That's common issue and I have no doubts GGG is trying to fix it. I mean instance crashes are not implemented intentionally to slow your progress. " At this point you don't need maxed character to clear everyting and complete 30+ challenges. As I understand you want to play maxed OP build doing delirium maps like it is a walk in the park with zero risk to lose the character. That's a problem. End-game content MUST not be easy. It's MUST not be accessable with several clicks on "Whisper" button on teh trade site. Moreover it must be near impossible to clear without the support. Also there are HC and Standard mode available, because playing SC you have zero chance for the loss. We definetly need more end game nerfs, especially DPS. That end-game bloat trend has nothing to the average Joe and can't help to attract new players. |

" You cannot be serious, alc and go? I'm sorry but as we progress in the game, we to more and more difficult content, otherwise why is the content even there? Might as well remove it no? and don't skip what I asked of you, are you willing to buy del orbs for me? 60 a day? Would you like to know what that is like? As for technical troubles, how about you play one of our maps, I want to see how many seconds you'd last before you crash. I do not play this game for the stupid challenges. I never play any of the boring challenges. And, as top tier aurabot, it is still a walk in the park for me. That's how it is and should be when you spend MIRRORS on a character. My solo char has no issue getting thru ulti to the end. Many chars this league are powerful and dismantle everything, which is the way the game should be when people spend mirrors worth. OTHERWISE why would they be mirrors worth in the first place? If mirrors worth = weak character still, might as well not play this game right? I want end-game content as difficult as can be. I as many others have only found that, doing the very difficult content to not be rewarding. I do not think you understand any of this because you're basically asking me to do what everybody else does. Don't ask me to do average joe stuff just because you're an average joe. I don't know what sort of new stuff you want to attract when the current league has people leaving. The reason people play poe is because of the difficulty; diversity, options;. If it's just alc and go, I'd rather not play. Alc and go is what I do first few days of the league and once that's done, you start doing gradually more difficult content. Alc and go is not only not fun, it's why people are poor. In some past leagues, we were farming multiple headhunters everyday. Why? Unfair to average joe? No. Because we put effort, research, teamplay into it while average joe alc and go. With lack of intuitiveness, you cannot be expecting good yields. And if you think farming mass hh everyday is a lot, it isn't. Crafters make way more profit every single league. Don't hear anyone talking about nerfing that. Should we now remove fossils;harvest altogether and make chaos spamming the new meta? For the past few leagues, I, as others were happy inviting friends to poe. This league however, none of us would dare do that. Apart from you and very few others, they do not like this league at all. Some read patch notes and skipped the league altogether. `Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL `From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL `What are divs?` Last edited by LiMA6#0387 on Jun 14, 2021, 4:55:34 AM

You're upset with the game based on how you choose to play it, and berate those that play it differently but enjoy it.
Think about that. |

" Alch and go is the equivalent of remaining in daycare for the rest of your life learning addition. Why should people alch and go when it's a waste of time? You literally make zero currency doing it? I'm sorry but alch and go is both boring and unprofitable. To many people, the purpose of this game is to progress their character and start doing more difficult and rewarding content. Not be no-risk-andys like you and earn 2 ex a day from playing. " I don't care whether I need a maxed out character or not. I clear everything on day 5 when I play this game. My goal with every league is to push my characters as far as possible and to farm currency. Not defeat sirus for the first time and get 30 challenges. Why do you think people keep playing WoW after finishing a raid for the first time? To get more loot and get more powerful obviously. Same thing goes for PoE. We want to progress our character and to do that, we want more gear. The game doesn't need more endgame nerfs. It needs buffs to the end-game. It seems all you want is for alch and go to be the optimal way of playing the game. Alch and go is where you're supposed to start. Then you gradually start introducing more mechanics into your mapping experience to make it harder and more profitable. Why is that a problem? What GGG needs to do is make end-game content more accessible to average players, not nerf it. Make mapping consumables like scarabs and Deli orbs more abundant and easier to trade for. Implement QoL changes to fix the annoying micro management needed to juice your content. This in an attempt to make it so more people actually are willing to play the game for real instead of being stuck running alch and go maps until they go insane and start whining in global that they've only dropped 3 exalted orbs all league. The problem right now is that mapping fragments are too rare which makes them too expensive and very annoying to trade for because no one has them in bulk. This completely disincentivices people from using them, especially new people. New players should WANT to use them because they're profitable. Not be discouraged because the pricetag on one scarab is 30 chaos and they're afraid they will lose money running it. Nerfing end-game content is what discourages people from using the mapping items they get keeping them in an infantile state where all they do is alch and go wondering why they can't make more than 20 ex during a whole league. |

" you can play it differently for all you like, so why cant the rest of us? game was fun, and then made unfun, so we cant voice that? harvest was "OP" what's that got to do with any of you? why call for nerf? you can still play your game differently since y'all just alc and go no? steamcharts says this league isn't well liked random traders complain about the league my online list shrunk `Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL `What are divs?` |

I can't understand how any of you can alc and go an entire league and call that fun. No one even called for a nerf on that, but when people who have progressed and want to do more rewarding content, it becomes a problem for them. "pls nerf"
Sometimes I think people are jealous seeing others having strong builds while they suffer, so their solution? Nerf strong stuff, everyone should suffer the same. Aka, happier to have more RNG instead of getting good. Which is the very case of this league, more RNG, less deterministic. even pathofmath made a topic "no endgame?" pre-league or first week into the league, we recognized this league not having an end game to be very zzz. `Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL `What are divs?` |

I don't think you've thought about it. You're just restating your position.

" Sir, you may be right, if it weren't for that being completely wrong. This is bad game, and everyone has every right to attack it. |

" I mean its not but believe what you want :p, its not the best but you can be rich doing alch and go its the same as every other methodology for making currency efficiency is the most important factor, generally the more you invest the more you return but investment itself takes time so the difference between farming strategies doesn't get that far apart until your doing absolute maximum juiced maps. on the flip side poor players are usually doing exactly the same thing wrong, too much time reading how to farm not enough time actually farming. |

" I agree that efficiency is one of the most important factors, maps/hour is a great determining factor for your profits. That being said, alch and go is still a horrible method for making currency compared to investing and using a proper farming strategy. You rarely generate more than 2 ex/hour as a alch and go farmer, and that's when being very efficient with your mapping. And that's probably a generous estimate. Obviously you can get rich running alch and go if you pump 20 maps an hour for 10 hours a day for 2 months straight. That's not the issue. The reason why Alch and go is a bad farming strategy is because the ex/hour is very low. People are not making mirrors from running alch and go. Mirrors are made from properly playing the game. |
