Basically only DX11 is affected. It basically feels like I'm out of VRAM and I'm getting stutters because of it (that's mostly the reason for such experience in AAA) - because those stutters happen when I encounter new assets in zone (new mobs, mobs with new skills, etc..), but PoE is using < 50% of available VRAM (~1.7GB out of 4GB available).

Vulkan is not affected by this, but it has much longer zoning times and sometimes even after loading into zone you can see thinks still pop in and you get stutters, but after few seconds it's all good and smooth. Prior to that texture hotfix, DX11 was much better than Vulkan, and now even if Vulkan is better, it's still less than ideal.

Yesterday could not play much, as the lag and freezing made it impossible. Seems DX11 is affected. The most terrible was Trailmaster where a lot of mobs pop up, the game went to slideshow. FPS jumped from over 114 to 7-14 sometimes. Never had issues like this before.

Had some good couple of days where the game ran really nice, today the game is insanely laggy. I have used every method to make the game run better, no sound trick. clear ram cache. high prio, boost with cortex, and so on. plus i have a pretty good computer. Seems like the game runs differently everyday i log on. should this really happen?

I love GGG on many fronts, but the years of unstable performance is taking its toll.

Happens on almost every map, bossfight, inscribed ultimatum.
Vulcan and Dx11 are almost the same. Maybe a bit lower fps on Dx altogether.
Playing on predictive but it's the same on lockstep.
Tried to install on faster m.2 ssd with shader cache moved to it, tried overclocking/downlocking gpu/ram. Nothing helped.

I just wanna know why this game is unloading assets that are used very often when it only uses 1.7gb or graphic memory and my card has a capacity of 11gb.
