Totem passives don't apply
Seems like this issue is not even acknowledged by GGG either on reddit or their main forums PC Issues Thread and various threads popping up here.
Maybe Mark_GGG or any other technical guy can look into this and confirm to what extent it is only a visual tooltip glitch. Did this get resolved or acknowledged here? Seeing a bunch of other bugs addressed but still nothing with totem passives from the tree.

Has any1 been able to confirm whether this is a tooltip issue
Or is it actually affecting damage. My ballista totem build feels slightly underwhelming for being fully specced into proper gear and gems. Been play this game for a few leagues and my damage doesn't seem quite right to me. |

it's been tested.. by several players, inc. myself.
the damage nodes do not work. the fact that ggg is taking their time on this issue is absolute BS. especially the amount of totem users that play the game. every league it seems. the angels sing praises for the "new" content, while breaking existing features, mechanics or general base coding. it gets fking old. hopefully this gets rolled out before 3.14. all the best. edit: and as mentioned from a previous bug/test scenario. "totem" specific damage on gear/jewels doesn't seem to be working either.. ie: %totem damage. as for totem life, totem resist, totem physical.. ect. i have not looked into. as the majority of the nodes hit damage before life, not going to sink the investment until fixed.
