Totem damage % on boots doesnt affect Totem dmg tooltip

Hi,
I discovered after equipping my boots with increased totem damage, doesn't affect my damage on tool tip. Does is affect totem damage at all when it doesn't show at tool tip?
My 6l is elemental hit+elemental damage with attacks upport+slower projectiles support+ combustion support + pierce support + balista totem support

Same problem with my Holy Flame Totems, spell totem with Blazing Salvo and spell totem with Wave of Convition.
I try shield Tukohama's Fortress - it gives nothing.
I try jewel @+10% totem damage@ - nothing
and as i see in POB Fork - my tree nodes with @totem do % more damage@ dont work at all.
