Otherwise, other ignites will override it and we'll lose the combustion debuff (-19% fire resist). Can you elaborate a bit on this? "Highest fire damage" compared to what? It has been discussed on other post but essentially you use an abyss jewel with cold or lighting damage added to minions for it to work.
