It converts part of the 5% life as phys explode of the explodey chest to fire which in turn is scaled by the more and inc. fire dmg (538% inc and 68% more for me). So mobs explode for 3.75% phys and 11,3% fire of their life.

(5%*0.75)+(5%*0.25*538%*168%)=15,05% of total life as explosion

So basically better clear for magic and rare packs. This is also the reason why some people one poe.ninja take Magmatic Strikes on the tree.

When you hit a certain DPS level Malachai looses it's usefulness for bosses though, since it hardly makes a difference if Sirus dies in 2 or 4 seconds. There are diminishing returns with Malachai's Artifice.


Wouldn't you also be able to switch to ele hit using the threshold jewel and pick up the equilibrium node instead if you really wanted the life ring AND equilibrium? I didn't find things to be any different mapping with KB vs Ele hit.

It's the golem that is socketed in Malachai's that has EE, so he can lowered fire resistance of ennemies by hitting them with a lightning/cold spell.
Does anyone have a pob of an endgame setup using low life energy shield? Running with a mana guardian but want to go back to this build, but also don't want to make poor use of all of the energy shield.

To take EE node i need 3 passives. Let's say I find a useless one, but the other 2 are still at least 10% life.
Feels like I'm trading one thing for another, ending up in the same place...

If someone manages to improve the positioning for even more symmetry without losing the min-maxed layout distances for maximum currency per nanosecond then post it here.

Atm stash and other important stuff is 1 playermodel of distance from portal to said item. That is to prevent missclick on portals that have long names.

This helped me to earn 500% more currency per nanosecond.

I also got some dps back, because Obimahn gave me discount on the wand.

Well there was one person with low life version, but i can assure you that with my or the royal non rf version ES still important. for me it is nearly 30% ehp

1. You put all 3 golems in sockets of equipped items (sockets don't have to be linked or even in the same item slot).
2. You put each of the golems under an action key. Just like a regular spell.
I suggest you use the "hidden" controls - those when pressing CTRL. Say CTRL+Q, CTRL+W and CTRL+E.
3. When outside of the city, press those shortcuts to spawn the golems - like you would do with any other spell.

Keep in mind that before you take "Liege of Primordial" ascendency point, if a golem dies (WHEN), you will have to manually re-cast it.

Once you summoned them, you can forget they exists - until they die.
