Bottom line:

performance will get 20-30% worse again like all the times before.

There is an easy way to test it - GeForce Now. Set high performance hardware (which is better than what 90% of what average Joes have), set OS, set low latency (20ms) connection, set drivers and PoE which runs like shit and crashes like trash.
Only one conclusion can be made - lazydevs

Lol @ mobile hotspot people, it seriously isn't GGG's fault that your download speed is abysmal at best, not to mention today's AAA games weigh a crapton more in file size than PoE and people still find a way to complain about everything.

Would you like to keep spending 500 days waiting for a patch to install and to let you play? Ah, okay.. I thought so.
