It depends on how much free mana you have on top of bv mana cost. If your bv mana cost with indigon, lets say, 9k and you have 9.601 mana total and vortex with indigon cost 200 mana you would be able to use 3 vortexes up to 9.600 mana per bv cycle. However, if you have only 9.599 mana it all falls apart on a 3rd vortex use and you have to use blood magic with it.

Way to test it is to go into hideout and check bv damage after few cycles and vortexes cast.

Man i tried this but the hunter orb was unlucky and i've wasted something like 20+ex to get unnerve with harvest crafting and still nothign ._.

According to my POB, using 2 good rolled rare rings, I will lose 20% DPS with the Wrath penetrates watcher eye, and 10% without the WE. I get 8% hp more and 7% more mana. Not a bad option when you have hard time fiXing your dex, resist and reaching 1800 mana threshold.

In my case it gives me ~8% DPS. 13,256k vs 14,313k so as for me - rare ring makes way more sense.

How is this build for 100% clearing Legions? As in being able to open them all (or very close to all) during that first phase. Assuming a 40ex or so budget with the cluster jewel setup. Ty!

Not the best at opening Legions unless you have super movement speed somehow.
