Lag spike on Washington and Texas server

DC instance servers doing that for me now (where the mtr isnt showing anything crazy, instance is showing average 50 MS but spiking to 1k constantly).

How are we supposed to show that other than recording, and when we record its blamed on using streaming services or something of the sort?

Anyhow winmtr with a ping every 5s
Spoiler

Having the same disconnect issues.

Here is the link for diagnostics
https://pastebin.com/mVtDZSfS
I made a new post if everyone would look at it to post the results and other information on.

Piggybacking off this question. I'm getting an error when I notice really bad lag spikes, it might just be a side effect of the lag spike, but wanted to make sure you were aware of it just in case it's the culprit.

I'm seeing this REPEATEDLY in my client.txt file when I get the ping spikes. Playing VD spellslinger (+spell cascade, conc effect, ele focus, hypothermia), using barrage (+power charge on crit) to trigger.

I also am recording a video with WinMTR pinging the instance server that I'm currently in while also recording my in game ping. They don't resemble each other at all. The WinMTR instance server pings look normal, ~40ms, nothing spiking higher than 61. But the in game latency is climbing well above 1000ms.

I can PM you with a link if you'd like (once I edit and upload it somewhere).

EDIT: The more I test this, the more I'm convinced the bug is the culprit. I can run in circles around mobs and my ping stays nice and steady, but as soon as I attack with Barrage to trigger VD Spellslinger, I get massive spikes.

This is the only game with lag spikes while watching netflix twitch or anything. But ping spiked constantly to 1000+ and died multiple times already.

Annoyingly, I think this problem is only showing up with TCP traffic (which the game uses). WinMTR doesn't show this due to it using ICMP.

I'm putting pressure on our server host to look into this. I'm also exploring other options if they don't find a way to fix this.

I made another post to try and get people to specifically post where they are, what realm and provider they are using and 2 people commented on it but they are on European realms and not USA.
https://prnt.sc/td26ng

^ traceroute

Yesterday I was getting consistent 10 second freezes at exactly 30 minute marks. X:37 and X:07, everytime. This was the case for sure on California server, where I noticed the pattern... However I noticed similar things on Texas the day before that, but I did not connect the thirty-minute pattern so I cannot be sure there.
My ISP is Verizon fios, so WinMTR using ICMP doesn't work.

Using a linux vm with traceroute (using UDP I think) and it could only reach 66.242.0.245, I guess thats the gateway for PoE servers. All the routes are under 10ms and hopped 8 times to reach the ip in the previous sentence.

Leaving the map and re-entering with the same ip instance fixed the problem.
just want to add in

I am also having this problem

Some instances I load into work fine and ping is 30 ms average.
Other instances are 100 ms + average and spiking to 1-2k ms
This is both on Texas and Washington servers
I am also getting DC'ed on the loading screen when loading into new zones rarely but it happens. After the dc, I can no longer load into that zone unless I ctrl+click and select a new instance to load into.

Hideout is hit or miss with ping. Sometimes my ping is average 30 ms, other times I experience the lag explained above.
