that was few days ago. GGG just released patch that should "fix" the league and still less people play now than played yesterday and worth to mention: today is friday.

We went from 125k during launch to 60k now, that's more than 50% of playerbase gone.
Delirium after one month had more players than this league now.
This league sucks. I don't want to play. Just more inventory management.
Kudos to the thread starter for having the balls to post facts that people will rage on about for years to come. (The butthurt forum trolls come out of the woodwork from all sides lol.) I took one look at a stream and was like nope not even starting this league. I just don't have the time to play POE farming simulator, see u next league everyone!
To be honest, Harvest looks like a very good league for someone like me who doesn't really care that much about the economy. But due to a dispute with my previous ISP, them saying I owe them a bunch of money when I don't, I only got internet because I turned my phone into a mobile hotspot, and nobody in their right mind would play Path of Exile on mobile internet, it would be an excruciating experience. So that's the only reason I'm not playing Harvest League right now.

I could realistically craft most of my upgrades in Harvest, and without a massive currency sink. I'd imagine the market for decent rares is pretty low right now, because it's probably pretty easy to craft a decent rare. Again, that's another huge positive for someone like me who's a buyer, not a seller. I get more/better gear for the currency I obtain through playing normally. I always prefer leagues where the economy is a buyer's market. I don't like leagues where decent gear is harder to get, and/or expensive. I won't even entertain the idea of playing those leagues.

Here's the reason I enjoy D3 more than PoE. In D3, I can play for a couple weeks, and get all the fulfillment I want out of the game, knowing I did everything I wanted to accomplish, so I can play a D3 league, get gratification from it, and leave the league without having a bad taste in my mouth.

In PoE, I can play for a couple weeks, make some headway, and then realize that doing anything beyond what I've done to this point will require considerably more effort and time than I'm willing to put into a game, so I leave a PoE league with sorta a bitter taste in my mouth, which makes it less likely I'm going to come back to the game as often. And I don't. I always give all my currency and gear away when I leave a league, and guild mates always think I'm trolling until exalts start getting put in the community stash.

There is something to be said for getting the gratification of fulfillment, and PoE just never gives me that, and D3 does.

they should do a race or flashback event 2 more months of this is unbearable
The second week is more obvious...trade is dead...lol
its a bit of a shame.

you'd want to build the players' hype for poe2 up, not down.

the last few poe1 leagues being shitty really isnt helping poe2.

this league sucks hard. Harvest is not fun.The problem is, we can not just skip harvest-mechanics, because players who use harvest do have an advantage due to crafting stuff. Harvest is not for players who wants to play only after a hard work day. Harvest bores me to dead, Delirium lagged as fk . so whats the plan, ggg has in the long run?
