Harvest has the highest 1 week player dropout rate in poe history

also if you dont like that you can buy stuff then play ssf and do your challenge thing let people who want to buy stuff to build be able to farm something. grinding gear games you know

Again, hyperboling and strawman...

I didn't say I didn't "want to buy something". I play in trade league for a reason. But I see it as a problem, when players are so used to drop rates that lets you buy yourself to Sirus the first week, because the league drops so god damn much. The moment they actually have to grind a bit, play a bit, feel the progression, it's "whining time".

You finding the Harvest mechanics "boring" is fair. All new league mechanics can't appeal to everyone. A break can be healthy :)

Actually, one of my gripes with this league is that there is no progression. This league is so standard and barebones, it really accentuates just how piss easy PoE really is. I mean theres no real reason to even craft mirror gear, becuase of how unnecessary it is this league. Builds will work this league that couldnt work whatsoever in Delirium.

Theres no progression here at all. Yes, you might get a Delirium portal here and there, but they are few and far between, and so is anyway of boosting your difficulty. Beyond isn't on Zana, either.

This is a barebones, dead league by gameplay standards. The mobs really are speedbumps. This league plays more like horizontal progression, ala Warframe, than Vertical progression with just how easy it is to play the game becuase of very low mob density, no league mechanics, no Beyond, no anything that resembles a shred of needing mirror gear or progressing outside of collecting.

Its just a very boring league by gameplay standards. The crafting is cool, but the gameplay is not. When any sort of actual progression and difficulty comes in the form of praying for old league mechanics to appear in your maps, there is a problem to me. I'm playing Harvest; I shouldnt be wishing for Delirium portals 24/7. I mean even Synthesis added something. I didnt like the league, but it added something to maps.

all you need is full mirrored gear in 3 months now uploud that then you got an argument. cmon lets stay real if you upset aboud sirus being to easy in 1 week then complain aboud builds to strong or boss to easy.

I haven't mentioned mirrored gear once. Again, strawman, no arguments, nothing. And I'm not upset. I like the league. The "upset" ones, are all the whiners in here.

I like there to be a progression towards the atlas and Sirus. Dropping everything you need in 2-3 T1 maps with Delirium, so you can buy everything you need up to T16 maps and Sirus 8, is not what I call "progression". "Fun" for me, is upgrading my gear gradually from T1 to T16. This league lets you do that - "free".

I think you're wrong. This league has a better and more smooth progression than most other leagues, because you can (and to a certain degree; have to) upgrade your gear gradually. A little bit here and there. Earning 2324 EX in T1/T2 maps, then to buy everything you need to beat the game isn't "progression". At all. It's called a "jump". A "leap".

Of course, you have builds that require no gear, and that will no-brain all content without gear progression. That isn't a "Harvest" problem. That isn't a "league" problem. It's a balance problem.

I'm not "mad" you can buy Sirus gear within a week. Not mad at all. Happy and calm. But when a league drops you EVERYTHING you need to buy EVERYTHING you need to beat EVERYTHING in the first week - in a 3 month league? That IS a progression-issue, no matter how you look at things.

I buy. I trade. And I like buying and trading to a certain degree. But again, when a league drops you so much currency that gearing isn't a challenge at all, and you don't even have to "save up" for anything - in the first freakin' week, it IS a problem, and all these entitled post proove that. People are unable to have fun, because they're used to dropping so much currency that gearing requires no progression, no thought and no time.

You CLEARLY want EVERYTHING fast and effortless, so I forgive you for not understanding.

The weirdest part is I think they knew this would happen yet pushed the league out anyway.

I don't think it's wierd. I think they're experimenting. If we make crafting more deterministic, what will players do with it? Seems like they're collecting information for PoE 2 (though I hope we don't get this particular system, there)

Sometimes it's okay to go in a less popular direction now if it gets you information about what will work later.

Sounds unrealistically ambitious for their standards.
Rather, consider it "drag & drop". With (shortsighted) monetization of "X" efforts involved, in mind.

Let it go dude, he's been nothing but antagonistic in this thread to anyone daring to contradict him.

Some people just don't realize what it means to play in a relaxed style, then accuse others that don't rush content that they should play ssf. I love the "what a slow repetitive league" from people that have been doing the same thing multiple times during the last years /s, tunnel vision is funny in such cases.

It's all just dopamine hunting anyway.
