Hi.

Im at ACT 9 and I have been killed over 300 times, mostly (90%) from Bosses from Act1 to Act 9

What is wrong with this game. U can play a normal map without any problems, and then you meet a Boos, and 30-40 kills later you have killed it.

Im done with this game, im done paying anymore money of mine to this *beep* game.

GGG you sould considdering apply some level hardness, like, easy, normal, hard or extreme, and then the outcome will be from it (its still shit as it is now.. BAD LOOT all the time)

Im out!!!

Until you /deaths and take a print screen of it I won't believe you.
No one can be that bad at ANY video game.

This is a troll post, folks.

nope, but U are the troll..

My post is real and my PoE experiences.

It could very well be a "real" experience. Last year or so, there was some guy who started posting opinions left and right, claiming his opinions were valid based on his experience in this and that game.

He thought he was some expert and complained about plenty. He also loved to talk about experiences he never had because he never got that far. One of the last things I remember was him responding to a critique on how he'd be seeing red maps in a week - the guy never made it past level 65.

It's not so much trolling but inflated egos with an inability to accept the truth.
Yep, totally over league play.
Hey op, D3 is a great game. But it’s tragic fault is it’s char and dps stats in the 1000’s and millions, all wishy washy. PoE ain’t the same yo. (except the dps millions part lol).
They did buffed boss life around the start of the previous league. And this league they nerfed crit multi and what not. While this isn't a problem generally for experienced players, I would claim that it does make it harder for those that aren't used to the obvious. What this means is that it is kinda mandatory now for most players that didn't optimize their gear to swap gems before boss fights. Assuming you are a ranger, that means take out your GMP replace with Slower Proj / Vicious Proj / Added Cold Dmg before boss fights to squeeze that little bit more DPS... or have totally different boss killing setup such as Barrage on weapon swap... and then deploying Shrapnel ballistas to help you out, using vaal skills, playing the flask piano, cast Wave of Conviction every now and then to expose bosses resistances, the list goes on.
To the Original Poster

This game is hard.

As a new player, you have a choce

Follow a build guide

Or try to figure it out on your own.

I do recommend figuring it out on your own....but....

IF you do, you WILL have to reroll.

Nobody who builds a first toon on their own, with NO help, gets it right.

Maybe if you had been told that before you started, you would have followed a guide.

Maybe you would have still tried it on your own, but with a different expectation.

Anyway, you are not wrong,
With no help at all, this game is insanely hard the first try.

P.S.
Here is my build guide, very good for new players.
Spectre-Zombie Necromancer
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2883137

It is particularly good at boss killing, just melts em.
Now now don't be hard on OP, remember the IGN guy that said game's too hard while autoattacking in act 4?
Second-class poe gamer
i agree necromancer spectres+skeletons/zombies are great and easy build, focus to live, resist, minion nodes , some ES also

Poe is great but complicated it is for that i like it. so it is normal to have a first character bad and well 300 deaths don't surprised me , i think i have one character with that record ;)

The game gives you all the tools you need to make this "problem" a non-problem.

The actual problem is that new players who don't do any outside research have no understanding of the mechanics necessary to create a build which doesn't spend 95% of its playtime on the floor while still doing damage.

Show me the tool then!!

Is it "follow a build" which some allready has made. I could do that (I just decided to make my own, and see what that got me go no where)

Starting all over with a new Build from eg. POB, just seems meeningless. Starting all over from Act I... I dont think so....

Tools:

path of Building: Allows you to plan a build, and save it with a raw stats read-out on the left so you will know what the nodes you have selected are granting you for each category. (IR crit chance, multiplier, life, so on)

Can get it here:
https://github.com/Openarl/PathOfBuilding/releases

POE Builds List: Can look through builds people have concocted to see if any of them work for you. You can filter by class, attack type, even skill gem. This by no means says you have to follow it to the letter, I have used a few as bases and swapped out some nodes or gear depending onw hat I wanted to do with it.

Located here:
https://www.poebuilds.cc/

Weapons/Armor Lists: Can take a gander at the wiki which lists all of the unique weapons and armor in the game to see which ones you may want to include based on what they do.

For this, simply punch "POE Unique 2h weapons" or the desired thing into google and it should be among the top few listed.

There, now that we have some of the MOST useful tools, and where to find them and what they do out of the way. We can address things a bit more specifically.

As many have already stated, it is difficult to address as you have not provided any real information. What skill gems are you using? What toughness route have you chosen? Have you ascended? Which did you choose? What weapons are you using? Have you any resistances? So on and so forth. All of these things would be imperative to know if anyone is going to even have the slightest shred of a chance at offering you any useful information concerning your pre-existing character/build.

The tools are there man, and the assistance is as well, all youve got to do is use them, and listen. Many of the builders have been playing this game a long time and know what they are talking about.

Remember, it isnt a crime to be ignorant, it is a crime to stay ignorant.
