You might be right, but I bet that GGG will get more players (to play even more) if they lower the boss strength, so it give a fair chance for ppl to move on without dying all the time, and ppl who dont play no more = less money in their pocket, since players who quits dont buy more stuff like ekstra stash expansion etc etc.....
They already giv bad players a chance to kill bosses and move along - bosses don't reset their health.

I started a Juggernaut this season. Now I too feel the sensation of killing bosses without dying. Really, I'm a noob, I made only 3 characters before, but Marauder feels so easy to play. I'd advise every new player to start with one.
