Same here no email about a refund from Sony all they said was they are handing my case to a specialist team and a email from GGG (sarah) saying it will be handled they took note of my account and character names.

To be honest I don't want a refunded I want my Judicator pack cosmetics and points. You know the thing I paid for over a week ago. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this sentiment

Yes same here. Nothing for like a week. I am starting to worry because After 14 days you are Not be able to refund. Sony politics i think. Would be great to know if it is only a matter of time and still waiting for a resolve or try to save the money?

Yeah it's 14 days but I don't think a refund is gonna be possible as we own the licences for the packs. It on the game companies end to fix it at least that's what the guy on the phone from Sony said to me last week when I first contacted them.

Hey all, I just got a email from Sony confirming a refund within 5 working days I urge everyone who has been affect by this mistake to contact sony straight away.

Got the same problem with an Eyrie pack bought on the 22nd.

After writing to GGG support and getting the 1st automated reply about contacting Sony for a refund (which is not what I requested), I got another message from Sarah mentioning they were looking into it asap with Sony, and that indeed the packs should never have been put up for sale in the first place.

Now I see the guys above saying we should go and get a refund from Sony, is this the official way to go ?

Or should I be waiting for another answer from GGG ? I was kind of hoping they would either manage to get the packs out or convert the purchase to another pack.
