Orion Orion Supporter Pack bought, didnt received the Items (Ps4)

Damn i wish i just could transfer my Orion Supporter Pack to my PC Account.. this isnt working aswell, right Sarah?

Thanks for the post (and email).

I know the world has gone tospy turvy atm, but much of peoples frustration has been due to the responses from "support" at both Sony and GGG.

You are the first person to

1. Actually provide customer support
2. Give the customer some hope that this will be resolved.


We all know that "stuff" happens, and while disappointing, it's accepted.
But the responses have be well below par before your intervention.

So thank you, and please do keep us informed on the progress.

Sony sent an email today advising that they will be refunding the purchase (finally)

Bought Judicator supporter pack and didn't get anything.

Sent two emails to GGG and they say I should contact Sony.

Sent two messages to Sony and they won't give a refund, because everything looks ok on their end. They said developer must be the one to help not Sony.

As you can see from @Doktaduck reply, Sony is now making the refund.
So you have to request it again now.

Is it possible for you to post the reply from Sony (please remember to remove your personal details), so people can see how to request the refunds from Sony.
