Orion Orion Supporter Pack bought, didnt received the Items (Ps4)

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem but with the Crusader Supporter Pack.
I bought one and I didn't received the points nor the items. I wanted to but some stash tabs as they were on sales but that ship has sailed...
GGG support replied that I should contact PSN support, this is really disappointing and your Support people should be aware that this is a general problem.
If I'm contacting PSN I will ask for a refund

The packs are supported and shouldn't be live on PSN.

Playstation is still not giving out any refund as they told me. They say GGG only could help me here.
Maybe all of you should look here -->

It's unacceptable that support staff at GGG hasn't been properly briefed about this so they can reply properly to their customers.....
I have the same issue here, i bought the Eyrie supporter pack from the Playstation store , i received nothing and support can't even help. (all the packs have been removed since the update).

i received an email on this website about the transaction but it say

CrusaderToEyriePack Upgrade

I think this is your problem coz i did not buy the crusader pack and on the playstation store it was not written anywhere.

You must refund all of us or ask Playstation to, we pay for a service not for problems.

those are virtual items and currency, not real things hand crafted.

I also located your email and I have responded to it now, sorry for any confusion. :)

Edit: I have also located your email, Demothene, and replied to you there.

Yes Sony Support told me, that they deleted the Packs from their Store..but they cant refund.
