POE 2 have controller support for PC?
" How did I reach the conclusion that controllers are a pretty standard input device these days? Probably because all console games are, and a tremendous number of PC games can be, played with a controller: https://www.pcgamesinsider.biz/news/71716/number-of-steam-users-playing-with-controllers-has-doubled-in-last-two-years/ There's no argument here, guy. My post was just put there to tell GGG that I wish they would implement controller support so I could play their game. |

Don't bother. Even with all the evidence in the world, he would still hate the controller implementation because he prefers mouseclicking. In the end, the addition of controller support would bring more players than it would take.
It will come for sure. It's not a matter of if, but when. Either way, mouseclickers can still spend hours sitting on their desks with their backs aching while I play comfortably from my sofa with my wireless keyboard beside me just in case I need to type something. Not saying mouseclicking is better or worse than the controller, but the support for this input is increasing because of its high demand. And developers can't ignore that. The have said that full controller support is coming in a update and that it will be before the launch of POE2, They have also confirmed that POE2 will launch with full controller support too. It's Just a waiting game now, sigh 😑

" That's such good news! \o/ My motor function especially in the right hand is seriously declining and I absolutely dread the day I can't play games anymore! Controller support for games will draw it out or even keep me in the game indefinitely, so to say. |

Dont think if I had motor function issues I'd do an activity which is proven to exacerbate it. It's like I'm a runner... been so since cross country in jrHS. But when I get foot and shin issues I stop completely. I feel sick when I dont run but my long term health overides that. I used to run 6x a week 30 miles a week. Down to only 10 now. Feels bad man. But when I'm 80 chilling in the Villages in Flordia I want to be able to dance with my girl. Hey dont take this as critic just something to think about. It's only a game..its only a run. etc..if you have your health your better off.

I don't see any reason to not have gamepad support. It saves hands and allows more people to play.
Would be awesome to have a GGG employee chime in with their thoughts on whether this is plausible or not. |

Just popping in here to confirm that we would like to add controller support but it's not currently in the pipeline.

dont need it, wouldnt use it... love the idea, hope they do it
I have never felt further from what I know and love

" Not in the pipeline? But you guys told us it'd be implemented sometime before PoE2 :( Please GGG, give us controller support, we beg you! Every other major ARPG in the market has controller support, even the ones that are not ported to consoles... |
