Can't unlock inner citadels post 3.9.0c Hotfix 3
" This worked. I was able to unlock the inner citadels on my alt. Now how does one get the inner bosses to spawn? |

bump, this is not resolved, the people saying anything suggested here worked for them are either softcore league or standard players

We are fucked in the race, i have all the stone except inners citadels beacuse they not spawning.

I also can't access Valdo's citadel. Have all others. Saw a fix posted on other thread that said you need to go back and do it on your first character. Doesn't help if your first character is dead like mine...

same problem, only have 1 character on metamorph so it cant be an alt-related issue

Same here. Original character is dead and workaround doesnt work.

I managed to get 5 watchstones so far but I don't have watchtowers on Tirn's End and Valdo's Rest.
It says I need to upgrade the region to lvl 1 to spawn the conqueror but how can I do that if there's no watchtower... Edit: I've re-run some of the T3 maps in those regions and found the watchtowers, it's all good now thank god. Last edited by rzuk892#2901 on Dec 17, 2019, 12:15:10 AM

Having something similar happen. Got all 4 watchstones in all 4 corners for a total of 16 watchstones. Went and died to Sirus and now cannot get any citadels in the middle to spawn, and the one citadel i do have, will not get any exile influence after about 50-ish maps. Hope this is fixed soon.

posting to increase awareness in hopes GGG gets us a fix soon! I'm also experiencing this bug for the area Valdo's Rest. All visible maps are completed on my atlas in this region but I have no watchstone altar available.
