Did the PoE 4.0 announcement meet your expectation?

" what i saw is that elder and shaper are defeated and they are removed from atlass... anyway after 4.0 i am sure that end game will be all they focus on but right now they need to draw in some new players and new players get caught by the campaign part, the age of the old campaign was showing as chriss said. i will love the new leveling music lore and design for sure. I think GGG nailed it!
4.0 is significantly more than "just new acts" anyone that does not see that either did not watch or has comprehension issues. 3.9 is a complete shake up of end game and will be a fun change The new league mechanic adds a TON of player agency and will be interesting to see what the community does with it. And POE mobile could be fun and the approach they are taking is perfect considering. Personally I wish they would make it tie into the core game in some way....may be let us delve or do other end game content with PC char on mobile if we choose to. Also think this is a good platform to include POE Royale And finally ANYONE that knows GGG knows they have not even come close to announcing everything that will happen with all of those leagues/modes. I've lost control of the controls...

Im happy they went with completely new game(engine) instead of trying to fix the current mess we have where people with even high end PC's are unable to play due some x factor and game being a slideshow for that x reason.

It exceeded my expectations, it all looks absolutely amazing! The new character selection scree is my favorite thing :D Also shape-shifting, like what the hell :D
But now I'm more excited about 3.9 and the new end game - no more Elder chasing, my god, finally! |

it far out did anything I ever expected. I had honestly lost all hope for this game until the announcement and will be playing so much PoE 2 it won't even be funny.

It blew my mind! Seriously, I can't stop watching videos on it on youtube while I'm playing Blight league.
PoE is gonna be it for me as far as it's going to be my number #1 arpg, gonna throw money at it, I'm fighting with myself right now trying to resist buying the Sentinel Overlord pack, because I'm broke. I really can't overstate my hype level, it has exceed 9,000! |

I will love more grinding required for completing the challenges ,because i find there is nothing else really worth grinding for after 37 - 40 of them done. Is no point for me to hoard items or currency because i never play standard league. The only things who will be transferred on the next league i will play , will be the 3 MTX and the totem pole rewards.
