EXP LOSS POLL

More entitled, lazy people crying about how something isn't just handed to them, lol. Sorry boys, but if GGG listened to people like you POE would be nowhere as large or developed as it is today. Watering down and dumbing down (casualizing) a game hurts it and weakens the experience.

Remind me, how exactly XP loss punishes death of lvl100 chars?

Since you have not even reached lvl 90 in softcore ... I hardly how that affects you at all.

How is it a problem for level 100 to not loose xp on death ? They are not affected by the penalty at all anymore as they have already reached the top, how is this a problem ?
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Well, since there is no penalty, there are only glass canons at that level.

You can respec to a glass canon after you reach that level if you want, I mean ... sure, go ahead and do that, I find it fair that after having achieved level 100, one is able to do such a thing.

I'd likely rather keep the character the way it is, but that's just my opinion.

Oh, so it's not necessary to punish death? Then how it would be problem to remove XP-loss for everyone? (XP-loss, not death penalty)
And I reached 95, those chars are just deleted long ago. Anyway, very poor argument.

Do you realize how silly what you are saying is ?
The penalty on death is a level soft-cap, why would a level soft-cap apply at max level ???

The whole point of the penalty is to slow down ( or stop ) character's progression when they are dying too much ... that progression ( level-wise ) is OVER at level 100, do you understand that ?

Definitely not on this account ...

Oh, sorry, I thought that death penalty is about learning and motivating to optimize build. And it doesn't change at lvl100.
Remind me, why do we need "soft level cap" in the first place?
