What if use skills from pob Ice Shot Single Target from lvl ~45 (Ice Shot, Added Cold, Hypothermia and Elemental Damage) with 4 link?

so this is my build.. Kinda following your build but using Ballista support instead of Mirage Archer.
Any thoughts? Maybe any tips to change my passive tree to help with the ballista support? POB: https://pastebin.com/F3FRN051 I'm also having issues getting these Power Charges from the Assassin Mark... The Blink arrow does not apply the Curse and It seems like i kill stuff before it can apply the curse to the target near by. If you spend 2c~ by the time you are lvl 40 you will destroy just about anything, I did the campaign suuuuuper easily on a 4L This is by far the best league starter I've played | |

I too like to add, with a little investment in weapons, levelling will be much smoother. Bosses are tougher but no where near “doing no damage”. Please be a bit more understanding towards build creators.

Lovin the build, just wanted to get a clear understanding though as i am confused when lookin into POB.....theres setup for ICE SHOT (single Target) and then also lightning arrow......
are we suppose to be using LA for clearing and ICE shot for bossing (weapon swapping?)... i have been purely focusing on Ice Shot... |
