PoE is NOT arpg. It is casino simulator with stock exchange elements, combined with arcade shooter. Currently even Borderlands is more arpg then PoE, even "crafting system" is more friendly there.

However, I have to admit PoE is probably the best casino simulator in games history, and very adequately reflects the chances of winning in a real casino. In fact, I'm surprised that the casino owners have not come here for a lesson yet. If, for example, they changed the rules of roulette or black jack once every three months, they would be able to get even more out of the customers :)
