Crossbows

I think crossbows should be added in for a little more variety for the ranger. Fire slower, hit harder. Thoughts?

Or even throwable spears. Just so we aren't so limited.
Bow skills should all be changed to projectile skills and said projectiles could be anything.
This way we could also have more variety gameplay wise.
We could have throwing knives too.
Throwing potions, throwing stars, throwing knives...

Marauders that run around throwing spears would actually be pretty realistic.Problem is that Marauder is a STR class and STR gives bonuses to melee damage,which is not really what spears are.There are other classes,but none will be as realistic looking as the marauder.

Spears and throwing knives are two examples of ranged weapons that are kind of 'funny' in this regard. While DEX is the primary attribute for ranged weapons, these examples are propelled by sheer muscle power, which is represented by... yep, STR. Perhaps these could be represented as a subcategory of ranged weapons that work with both attributes?

It's called "Iron Grip", it's in the middle of the passive tree
Yeah, more "exotic" stuff could be interesting. Throwing axes, Flails, etc...
