LOL. It's now 40% less ALL Damage. Which means that anything you do, while using QR is going to have 40% less ALL Damage -- so, the skill most used with QR, Toxic Rain, is going to deal 40% less: hit damage, pod damage over time etc.

Perhaps get a clue?
Hope 'Path of building' will updates earlier then league starts.
Weird that the new ailments aren't described in here. Otherwise it's all sounding excellent. Couple of characters I was planning to make got some improvements too (especially that new Frigid Wake Occultist node).
Dam GGG just had to kill Melee builds like that with no buffs huh?
What are the 3 new ailments? And what do they do?

Impale is a debuff and not an ailment apparently.

Bex announced Scorch, but we have no idea what it does.

Presumably the cold DoT is an ailment (maybe?) but we need to know its mechanics and numbers.

Why isn't this information in the patch notes?

Why isn't there anything about scarabs?
I think the statement that they approach every league with a few character archetypes was very telling.

And I am not liking: skill-specific tree changes, especially ascendancy.

Anyone else noticed this? If you look carefully the words "ETERNAL ORB" are embedded in the message. Possible re-introduction of them??
