Get Your Atlas 100+ maps....
use your currency on maps....
run alot of maps ( i run around 30 Maps in around 90 mins or so with looting / dumping etc + stashing later)
get a lootfilter ( i use filterblade + changed it for my style )



Dont hope for the ex drop... I get like 10-15 more exalts with other currency (+trading ) then in pure ex drops ... and i get one ex every 150-200 maps

It's not listed as a League Starter, but it's pretty cheap for the basic build. For the advanced build, it's within normal expectations on PC, I'd imagine. I played it on XBox at the start of Bestiary and it's a very strong build. And, cheap. (Not so cheap on XBox, but still at least it's possible to afford the end-game items, if they're available and you work hard enough. Should be easy to gear up on PC, np.)

Speaking of map clearing speed. What is a good average duration for completing a map?

If you have a build built for it, it should be clearing in single-digit minutes, preferably under five or even less, depending upon the map.

For a new player such as yourself

There is a bunch of videos on this but it's easy to make 100c an hour on league start just flipping currency. You dont even have to know anything about the game. Just elementary math and work a spread. Later you stop trading chaos units and do exalt trades only and sky is limit.

If you want to do it "the old fashioned way" and farm pick a high speed low drag build - something like KB wander and run 1000s of maps at 1 min clip 10 hrs a day with uber strict filter for high value currency/uniques. A cheap 12c tabula and piscator wand is good until T10s even later if you don't mind dying a lot.

For advanced player
They price fix, ID t1's and know what they are looking at and sell for right price, flip rares etc

For uber advanced players
They find a trick/exploit, make mirrors, etc.

or hug ur dog

Make a uberlab farmer that's also somewhat capable of mapping on those bad layout days.

It's cheap/easy to start and can remain profitable throughout the majority of a league.

However, as a prerequisite, you need to like running labs...

HAha that a huge caveat besides I'd advise against lab due to the fact he won't know a good enchant from a bad. Especially early where few if any exist.

That second sentence is definitely not true. Yes, the very rich aquire their wealth not by mapping, nut mapping (if done correctly) can make you decent money so you can afford all you need during a league.

There are all kinds of ways; flipping, farming lab/guardians/shaper/atziri etc

..but it all comes down to how much time you have to play.

20 chaos seems extremely low though. I just reached act 9 in the flashback (because i'm bored) and already got 20+ chaos without doing anything special.
